FLUXNET Data Explorer
Explore and download a regularly refreshed snapshot of the official FLUXNET database (last updated: 2026-03-05), with observations from the various regional networks fully processed to the FLUXNET standard through the OneFlux pipeline. Search by site ID or site name, then open hub-hosted download links directly from the table. This explorer supplements sites available through the FLUXNET Shuttle with additional FLUXNET sites that are hosted elsewhere (e.g., on AmeriFlux.lbl.gov), to provide the maximum amount of FLUXNET data possible.
Data are provided by site teams from around the world, processed by one of three processing hubs (AmeriFlux (https://ameriflux.lbl.gov/), ICOS (https://www.icos-etc.eu/icos/) or TERN (https://www.tern.org.au/), and served via the FLUXNET Shuttle (https://data.fluxnet.org/).
